new systems. That's why RBC Dain Correspondent Services provides you and your FCs with comprehensive training in all aspects of
our business.
We explain our training procedures. But here's the key point to remember: We will tailor our training to meet your firm's individual
needs. All appropriate departments at RBC Dain Correspondent Services will be involved in providing you and your FCs with the
training you need to hit the ground running.
In addition, you'll be able to count on these resources:
Help Desk Your FCs and their support staffs have unlimited access to our Help Desk, which can provide answers
to a wide range of questions. If Help Desk members are unable to help you, they will refer you to another area that can. The Help Desk
is open from 7:30 AM 5:00 PM Central Time.
Technology training classes We offer a series of online
training classes that will help your FCs achieve competence in the new technologies they will be using as our correspondents.
Through the Internet and our PlaceWare training package, FCs can attend these classes, ask questions and interact
with the trainer without ever leaving their desktops.
